2. Website Design & Development Services

For website design, WordPress development, Laravel development, and other custom website projects:

• A project may require an advance payment before work begins.
• Once development or design work has started, the advance payment may be non-refundable because resources and working hours have already been allocated to the project.
• If a project is cancelled before substantial work begins, Digital Web Service may consider a partial refund depending on the work already completed and expenses incurred.
• Payments for completed milestones, approved designs, delivered pages, or completed development work are generally non-refundable.
• If additional work is requested beyond the original project scope, additional charges may apply.

3. SEO Services

SEO is a long-term process and search engine rankings cannot be guaranteed.

Therefore:

• SEO service fees are generally non-refundable once the agreed SEO work or campaign period has started.
• We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, leads, or sales because search engine algorithms and market conditions are outside our control.
• If a client cancels an ongoing SEO service, cancellation will normally take effect at the end of the current paid service period.

4. Digital Marketing Services

For digital marketing, advertising management, social media marketing, and related services:

• Fees for completed marketing work are non-refundable.
• Advertising budgets paid to third-party advertising platforms are not refundable by Digital Web Service.
• Results may vary depending on market conditions, audience behavior, competition, advertising platforms, and other factors beyond our control.
• If a recurring marketing service is cancelled, the cancellation will generally apply to the next billing period.

5. Software Development Services

For custom software development:

• Payments may be divided into project milestones.
• Payments for completed and approved milestones are generally non-refundable.
• If a project is cancelled after development has started, Digital Web Service may retain payment for work already completed.
• Any unused balance, if applicable, may be reviewed based on the project status, resources used, and expenses incurred.
• Changes or new features outside the agreed project scope may require additional payment.

6. Client-Initiated Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of a project or service by contacting us in writing.

Upon receiving a cancellation request, we will review:

• The amount of work already completed
• Project milestones reached
• Resources and time already allocated
• Third-party expenses
• Outstanding client requirements
• Any other costs incurred for the project

Any eligible refund will be determined based on these factors.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

A refund may not be available in situations including, but not limited to:

• The agreed work has already been completed or delivered.
• The client has approved the work or milestone.
• The client changes their mind after work has begun.
• The client fails to provide required content, information, access, or feedback.
• Delays are caused by the client.
• The client requests changes outside the original project scope.
• Third-party services, hosting, domains, advertising platforms, plugins, themes, licenses, or other external products have already been purchased.
• SEO or marketing results do not meet the client’s expectations despite the agreed services being performed.
• The client violates the agreed project terms or service agreement.

8. Revisions and Changes

We aim to provide services according to the requirements agreed upon before the project begins.

Reasonable revisions included within the agreed project scope may be provided. However, major changes, redesigns, additional pages, new features, or changes to previously approved work may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.

9. Third-Party Services

Some projects may involve third-party services such as:

• Web hosting
• Domain registration
• Premium WordPress themes
• Plugins
• Software licenses
• Advertising platforms
• Email services
• APIs and external tools

Payments made to third-party providers are subject to their respective refund and cancellation policies. Digital Web Service cannot guarantee refunds for third-party products or services.

10. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, Digital Web Service will process the eligible refund using an appropriate payment method.

The processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or payment gateway.

Any applicable transaction fees or third-party charges may be deducted from the refundable amount where permitted.
